Why I started Kennedy & Partner
I began working within Revenue Management and Analytics in 2005 and witnessed first-hand the difficulties of assessing commercial talent using interview-only processes.
In 2017, after working in financial markets, I realized that the types of real-world practical assessments used by banks and trading houses would be perfect for Revenue Management and Analytics. Shortly after, we released our flagship product, the Commercial Assessment for Revenue Management and now serve commercial teams the world over.
